SNACK TIME

Savannah and I love to try new foods and I'm so proud that she is not a picky eater! She loves all her fruits, veggies, and meats. At home, I only feed her natural and organic foods along with breastmilk when she's still hungry. Since she turned one, I've been expanding her palate by adding cinnamon, pepper, and other spices into her baby food. I'm hoping that she will become a foodie and appreciate foods from all over the world like me. I was fortunate enough to travel to countries like Italy, France, and Spain as well as other parts of Europe back in 2014.

As I got older, I realized that my palate has diversified because I absolutely love spicy and sour foods...but there are times when I crave salty and sweet snacks too. My taste buds just can't make up their mind! Lol. Since I'm a busy mom and student, I look for snacks that are healthy and give me that extra boost of energy. 

I was so excited when I discovered these delicious meat snacks from Lorissa's Kitchen. Not only are they good for you, they are super tasty too. Right now, you can choose from 4 different flavors: Szechuan Peppercorn Beef, Korean Barbeque Beef, Sweet Chili Pork, and Ginger Teriyaki Chicken. I love that they offer a variety of flavors and meats like beef, chicken, and pork so there is something for everyone. These snacks are perfect for me when I'm on the go or for snacking when we are at home watching a movie. They're packed with 11g of protein per serving and have no preservatives and no added MSG.

I'm all about gluten free snacking but without the guilt. Savannah loves the Korean Barbeque Beef and my favorite is the Szechuan Peppercorn Beef...the spicy kick is so addicting! All of these Lorissa's Kitchen protein snacks have bold unique ingredients and pair perfectly with cheese and wine. I love wine and cheese plates especially at night after I put Savannah to bed. That's the only time I get to relax, unwind, and enjoy these yummy treats!
